Each BIODYNAMIC disc is the result of an advanced manufacturing process that involves double pressing:
axial and isostatic.
The first phase takes place with a vertical mechanical pressure, which quickly and efficiently compacts the zirconia powder. This step gives the disc an initial solid and uniform shape.
The second step is what truly makes the difference. Through uniform pressure applied in every direction, the material is compacted evenly throughout the entire mass, eliminating microvoids and internal stresses. The result? A denser, more stable, and stronger structure.
