Biodynamic S.r.l., with headquarters at Via Bassetta 3, 43037 Lesignano de’ Bagni (PR), Italy, offers its professional customers (B2B) the option of voluntary withdrawal within 15 calendar days of receiving the goods, as an additional commercial benefit.
Terms of Use
Withdrawal must be communicated in writing via email to info@biodynamic.it within 15 days of delivery.
Products must be returned intact, unused, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories and informational materials received.
Returns of opened, used, customized, or sterile products that, for health and hygiene reasons, cannot be re-marketed will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
After verifying the integrity of the returned products, Biodynamic will refund the net amount paid within 14 days of confirmation of acceptance of the return.

This right of withdrawal is granted voluntarily by Biodynamic S.r.l. and is not a legal obligation.
Biodynamic reserves the right to suspend or modify these conditions at any time, upon written notice to customers.
